Refund policy

There is a a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note in the case of GPU display stands, I can only offer a partial return on the stand itself, not the customized placard as it was customized for your order.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping, customs and duties, as well as international taxes are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized placards for the gpu display stands) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Customs fees, import duties and international taxes are non refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
I will notify you once your return is received and inspected. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days unless the damage to the item is deemed to be caused by the customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Duties, customs fees, and international taxes can not be refunded. Return shipping will be at your expense.
