Custom Designs

If you are interested in making something custom but not sure where to begin, allow me to help. Designing things is my hobby, I enjoy doing it and would love to help you on your journey. If you need some specific bracket for a unique application, a custom piece, or even just something unique to look nice feel free to reach out. Whether its design help, or prototyping, I am confident we can work something out.

I do all of my designs in fusion360 and have the capability to 3d print, cnc mill, or outsource prototyping for sheet metal work. The Printer in my shop is a bambu labs A1, I am comfortable printing in both PLA and PETG. The CNC mill is a shapeoko 3 and is capable of routing MDF and various woods, however I would not CNC aluminum or other metals.

Below are some of the custom projects I helped realize

The Canvas - open air ITX frame

A whole computer case, albeit more like a stand. This open air frame was initially requested as a concept by Voltage Brigade. We went through a few iterations together before settling on the hardware layout and the overall design you see here. 6 Prototypes were made in total. The folks at Voltage Brigade were awesome to share these prototypes with friends. You can see some works below by MINIBOT as well as 17², both incredibly talented builders. This image on the right is from my friends at Crows Bluff design.

I received very valuable feedback from all involved regarding the build experience, strengths, and weaknesses of the frame. It was in fact 17² that coined the name "Canvas". I am working to implement some of these tweaks and hopefully offer this as a case for everyone in the future

GPU bracket for Modable SYS8

A GPU bracket commissioned by CPK_Nicolas for a build in the Modable SYS8 open air chassis. The intent was to mount the GPU to the frame to give it a floating appearance, while keeping the bracket itself discreet. The bracket was created out of sheet steel to support the weight of the GPU. Check out the build as well as Nicolas' other works!

GPU stand for a dry ice pot

A 3d printed cradle to hold a bare GPU horizontally, allowing the mounting of a dry ice pot for extreme overclocking. This design supports a fan below the GPU, as well as a couple additional fans on either side to keep air circulating all around, preventing the formation of frost. The design is stackable allowing for various heights. This was commissioned by Voltage Brigade for their gpu overclocking endeavours.
